岗位职责

●统筹大型线下活动及展会的端到端策划与执行，深化全球重点客户和合作厂商关系

●基于对全球游戏厂商的理解和行业趋势洞察，为投后策略和定制化活动进行方案策划

●拓展品牌影响力和外部市场资源，把握和开拓市场机遇，探索创新厂商合作模式

●拓展和管理国内外活动资源，负责项目对应的服采、内控流程和预算管理

● Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale offline events and exhibitions, strengthening relationships with key global clients and partner studios.

● Leverage deep understanding of global game developers and industry trends to develop post-investment strategies and tailored event proposals.

● Expand brand influence and external market resources, identify and pursue market opportunities, and explore innovative models for partnering with studios.

● Source and manage event resources globally, and own service procurement, internal control processes and budget management for assigned projects.

岗位要求

●3 年以上游戏行业工作经验，擅长项目管理，具备独立统筹 200人以上大型活动的成功经验

●具备高层接待或政府接待经验，善于通过资源统筹，深化多方长期合作关系

●熟悉游戏行业厂商和海外文化，具备丰富海外本地供应商管理实操经验

●抗压能力强，高自驱力和责任心，可使用AI工具独立策划全套创意方案

●市场营销、品牌、公关经验优先

●英语流利，掌握第二外语者优先, 海外留学背景优先

● 3+ years of experience in the games industry, with strong project management skills and a proven track record of independently leading events of 200+ attendees.

● Experience hosting senior executives or government delegations, with the ability to integrate resources and build long-term, multi-party partnerships.

● Familiarity with game industry players and overseas cultures, with extensive hands-on experience managing local vendors abroad.

● Strong resilience under pressure, high self-drive and sense of ownership; able to use AI tools to independently develop complete creative proposals.

● Background in marketing, branding or PR preferred.

● Fluent English; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
