About the Role

As aBusiness Development Manager, you will be responsible for developingVMware and other software vendor businesses, with a strong focus on software and licensing solutions.

You will work closely with partners, customers, vendors and internal TD SYNNEX colleagues to develop new opportunities, grow existing business and achieve commercial targets.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow VMware and other assigned vendor businesses through existing and new channel partners.
• Manage key partner and customer relationships, identifying opportunities to grow existing business and win new customers.
• Drive business opportunities aroundsoftware and licensing solutions across your vendor portfolio.
• Build and manage a strongsales pipeline, supporting opportunities from qualification through negotiation and closure.
• Work closely with vendors to translate their objectives intobusiness plans, sales activities and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other internal teams to strengthen partner engagement and support profitable business growth.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT sales, business development, account management, vendor management or a similar commercial role.
• Experience withsoftware and licensing solutions. VMware knowledge or experience would be a strong advantage.
• Proven experience inpartner development, account management and B2B sales.
• Strongcommercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, independent and target-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor relationships.
• Fluent Hungarian and fluent English, both written and spoken.
