Business Development Executive

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our B2B client base for AML and compliance services. The key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and generating new B2B business opportunities for AML and compliance services.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Conducting outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and other business development channels.
• Developing relationships with companies, business owners, senior management, and relevant decision-makers.
• Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable AML/compliance service solutions.
• Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to client onboarding and closing.
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities.
• Achieving agreed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Monitoring market opportunities and identifying potential sectors and companies that may require AML services.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self motivated and target-driven approach.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers is preferred.
• Knowledge of AML/compliance services would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
