Senior Business Development Advisor

As a Senior Business Development Advisor in our Business & Digital Services team, you will focus on attracting new international companies to create jobs in Lithuania – from global technology and software leaders to consulting firms, digital product companies and fast-growing innovators.

What will you be doing? 

• Originate new investment opportunities by identifying companies with expansion potential and reaching senior decision-makers through networks, partners, events and targeted outreach. 
• Own investment projects end-to-end– from first engagement and qualification through location evaluation, business-case development, executive visits and investment decisions. 
• Understand companies’ strategic needs and turn them into a compelling Lithuania proposition and sales approach, covering talent, capabilities, operating environment, costs and incentives for companies considering new business services or technology hubs. 
• Build relationships with C-level executives and international partners, including consultants, site selectors, business associations, and other stakeholders influencing investment decisions. 
• Represent Lithuania internationally at key events, meetings and investment missions, using these platforms to identify, engage and develop new investment opportunities. 

What do we expect from you? 

• A university degree, preferably in Economics, Finances, Business Management, etc. 
• Your unique experience – at least 5 years in the field of sales, management consulting, or business development, preferably in the international B2B environment. 
• Understanding of Lithuania’s business services and technology environment, key global business services and technology industry players, and success stories. 
• Strong analytical skills and IT literacy. Experience building quality PowerPoint decks and basic Excel skills, and openness to integrate AI tools. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Lithuanian. 
• Creativity and determination to improve, learn fast and reach ambitious results, eagerness to make an impact with your work and be proud of your achievements.

• Gross salary from 2800 to 3800 EUR/month, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
