Business Data Analyst

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for analyzing datasets to uncover trends and insights that are subsequently used to make informed organizational decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage data source to provide information for:

Demand and capacity planning

Source and supply planning

• • Process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Quality management
    • Internal/External
• Skillset needed:
  • Excellent Microsoft skills across platforms
  • Power BI/ Qliksense/ Tableau or similar
  • Understanding of general process flow and analysis

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required
• Experience: 5 years business setting experience
• Courses/Certifications/Training: Excellent writing, verbal, interpersonal and time management skills, Strong attention to detail 
• Experience in Power BI/Qliksense/Tableau or similar 
• Understanding of general process flow and analysis 
• Ability to display strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to drive outcomes. Driven, self-starter, resourceful and able to work with minimal direction. Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in high-stress environments
