Business Cutover & Change Readiness Analyst

Introduction

In this role, you will be part of a team standardizing global procurement on SAP and Ariba, transforming how buyers and suppliers manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier onboarding. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, MP&L, Learning & Development, and other cross-functional teams to prepare the supply chain community for business cutover activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in supply chain, including hands-on experience as a buyer.
• Experience in ERP or system implementation, change management, cutover, or business readiness.
• Ability to understand technical or system changes and explain their impact on business users.
• Strong written communication skills and experience creating communications, training materials, and leadership presentations.
• Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Learning & Development.
• Knowledge of AI and automation and how they can improve business processes and communications.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other enterprise procurement systems.
• Experience in UAT, CRPs, mock cutovers, hypercare, or go/no-go readiness.
• Experience with readiness assessments, adoption metrics, or Power BI.
• Prosci, CCMP, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience with supplier communications or supplier enablement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan the business side of cutover and develop the business cutover plan.
• Participate in mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities.
• Identify risks and business impacts early, and escalate them with clear recommendations.
• Create supply chain communications for cutover and launch events.
• Support training by developing job aids, quick-reference guides, and sessions.
• Build presentations and status updates for leadership on readiness, risks, adoption, and cutover progress.
