For the support of a new customer in theCustomer Master Data domain, we are looking for an experiencedBusiness Architect / Consultant (m/f/d).The objective of this role is to analyze, harmonize, and strategically evolve business requirements related to customer master data across multiple countries.The focus is on identifying overlaps and differences in business demands between countries and on defining afuture-proof, group-wide solution that sustainably supports both Head Office and Group requirements.
Start: ASAPDuration: 12 months (with extension option)Workload: 100%, Hybrid, 2-3 days on Site in ViennaProject language: English (German is a plus)Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of business requirements related toCustomer Master DataPerform a “fresh eyes” review of functionalities developed inAthenaCross-check Athena functionalities against existinglegacy systems and the current system landscapeCompare findings withGroup requirements (initially RBRO)Developconcrete and actionable solution proposals, including:definition of minimal required attributesrecommended workflowsdentification of risks and pitfallsCollaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders across different countriesDevelop strategies to standardize and optimize customer data processesProvide recommendations ondata architecture, governance, and long-term target design
Required Skills & ExperienceStronganalytical and conceptual skillsProven experience in deliveringcomparable studies, assessments, or transformation projectsExperience in designing and implementinglarge-scale, cross-country business and data solutionsDeep understanding ofCustomer Master Data and related business processesExperience working withlegacy systems and complex system ecosystemsSolid knowledge ofdata governance and best practices in Customer Master Data ManagementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to structure and clearly articulate complex topicsHigh level of independence and result-oriented working styleStrong focus on deliveringtangible, actionable outcomes (beyond slide decks)
