We are looking for aBusiness Applications Engineer, ERP & Integrations to join our team in Bulgaria (Remote).
As a Business Applications Engineer, you will take technical ownership of the ERP application and integration landscape, with a primary focus onNetSuite, SnapLogic and enterprise integrations, alongside technical responsibility for Zuora and OpenAir. You will be responsible for the technical health, supportability and continuous improvement of these systems, including production integrations, application configuration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment and documentation.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to theDirector, IT Business Applications, requiring strong hands-on experience with enterprise applications and integrations and the ability to operate independently following company-specific onboarding.
Essential Functions
Take technical ownership ofNetSuite, SnapLogic and the ERP integration domain, coordinating resolution across relevant stakeholders and progressing technical matters within the scope of the role.
Monitor, troubleshoot and support production integrations across middleware, APIs, files, payloads, mappings, transformations, authentication, schedules and data.
Configure and supportNetSuite, including workflows, permissions, saved searches, reports, forms, fields, imports and application settings.
Own the technical investigation, coordination, testing and documentation ofZuora and its integrations, while supporting OpenAir and its integrations.
Deliver application and integration changes from analysis and design through testing, deployment, documentation and operational support.
Improve integration monitoring, logging, exception handling, reconciliation and recovery processes to strengthen reliability and supportability.
Analyse integration failures and production issues, identifying root causes and driving timely resolution across relevant technical and business stakeholders.
Interpret API documentation, payloads, mappings, transformation logic, integration logs and technical designs to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation covering integrations, configurations, processes and operational procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging weak or unnecessarily complex solutions and identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and strengthen the application landscape.
Minimum requirements
At least7 years of relevant technical experience working with enterprise applications, integrations or related technology environments.
Proven hands-on experience implementing, supporting, troubleshooting or technically owningcomplex production integrations.
Strong experience with an enterpriseiPaaS or middleware platform, preferably SnapLogic or a comparable technology.
Strong knowledge ofREST and SOAP APIs, authentication, SFTP, JSON, XML, CSV and structured data exchange.
Proven ability to interpret API documentation, payloads, mappings, transformation logic, integration logs and technical designs.
Experience with integration monitoring, alerting, exception handling, reconciliation, replay, recovery and production support.
Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues independently and coordinate resolution across technical and business teams.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with sound technical judgement and a structured approach to production support.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is required.

Hands-on experience withboth NetSuite and SnapLogic.
Experience with NetSuite integration technologies such asSuiteTalk, RESTlets, SuiteScript or SuiteCloud.
Technical experience withZuora APIs and billing integrations.
Experience withOpenAir or a comparable professional services automation platform.
Experience withJavaScript or relevant scripting languages.
Experience working in global, multi-entity, multi-currency or financially controlled environments.
Experience supporting ERP integrations across multiple business applications and third-party platforms.
