The Creator Strategy Team is responsible for creator acquisition and incubation within the Affiliate channel, leveraging data-driven insights, strategic frameworks, and resource allocation to grow and develop the creator ecosystem.

As an intern on the Creator Strategy Team, you will learn

• How to analyze creator performance data and derive growth insights.
• How to design and execute creator acquisition and incubation strategies.
• How to allocate and manage resources across a large creator pool.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creator strategies to support the growth of top creators in Thailand, secure their long-term engagement, and provide key resources to accelerate their tier advancement (e.g., products, traffic, content support).
• Collaborate with the SEA operations team to conduct market analysis across the creator, celebrity, and KOL — benchmarking against competitors and identifying growth opportunities to inform operational strategy.
• Own data analysis for top creators, develop a deep understanding of their business dynamics, design a robust metrics framework aligned with business objectives, and deliver agile performance monitoring and evaluation. Provide actionable business recommendations through in-depth data analysis and insights.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to lead research initiatives aligned with key business priorities, providing support on goal-setting and strategic recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Data analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Majors in science or engineering preferred.
• Availability for a 6-month internship preferred.
