We are looking for an experiencedAnalytics professionalto support a major banking analytics engagement in Jakarta. The role will focus on usingbusiness intelligence, descriptive/predictive analytics, customer segmentation, benchmarking, rule-based modelling, and performance trackingto generate actionable insights from large datasets.Candidates with prior experience inconsumer banking, credit cards, debit cards, or banking analyticsare strongly preferred, particularly those with a good understanding ofcredit/debit card data structures, parameters, metrics, and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conductdata and analytics analysisusing client and relevant Client data.
·Develop customer segmentation, benchmarking, rule-based modelling, and performance tracking.
- Analyse large datasets and translate findings intoactionable business recommendations.
- Review analytics deliverables to ensureaccuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Support the development ofproject deliverables and analytical outputs.
- Support implementation of agreed plans andmitigation actionsdiscussed through weekly cadence and steering committee meetings.
- Work closely with client and internal stakeholders to ensurealignment and progress across workstreams.
- Prepare materials and analytical updates forweekly progress reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Work independently while driving progress with banking clients.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experienceinBusiness Intelligence, Data Analytics, Descriptive Analytics, Predictive Analytics, or Prescriptive Analytics.
- Strong experience analysinglarge datasetsand developing actionable business insights.
- Experience withdata analytics tools such as SQL or Python or R or SAS, or similar.
- Experience indatabase structures, data management, and analytics.
- Strong understanding ofmetrics, measurements, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
- Banking industry experience is required, preferably withinConsumer Banking.
·Credit Card / Debit Card analytics experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding ofcredit/debit card data structures and parameters.
- StrongMicrosoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointskills.
- Ability to independently manage deliverables and work directly with banking clients.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
·Native Indonesian language proficiency and good English communication skills.
- Must bebased in Jakartaand willing to workon-site at the client's location.
Preferred Background
Priority will be given to candidates withcurrent or previous experience in major banks, particularly:- Banking
- Mandiri
- DBS
- Client
Candidates from other established banking institutions with strongconsumer banking / credit or debit card analyticsexperience will also be considered.
