JOB DESCRIPTION:
"Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field
8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant exposure to productbased or digital platforms
Proven experience working closely with Product Managers or performing hybrid BAPM responsibilities
Strong understanding of
Product lifecycle management
Agile and Scrum methodologies
User stories epics and roadmapping
Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps SQL Excel Power BITableau or similar
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a Product Manager Associate PM or Product Owner role
Domain experience in Banking Enterprise Platforms as applicable
Certifications such as
CBAP CCBA
Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO
SAFe or Agile certifications
Exposure to customer research UX collaboration and design thinking

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
