This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and low-code application development, supporting a leading energy infrastructure company in improving operational processes, automating workflows, and managing data across multiple concurrent initiatives. The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build digital solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, and ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on Power Platform capabilities, a process-improvement mindset, and the organizational discipline to manage several priorities at once. They communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, handle confidential information with care, and are comfortable working independently in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
2. Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Forms to support process digitization and data collection
3. Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience
4. Perform advanced data entry, validation, and integrity checks across multiple systems while generating accurate business reports
5. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
6. Support project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting while coordinating activities across business and technical teams
7. Assist with implementation activities and user adoption to ensure successful rollout of new solutions
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of professional experience in a business analysis or related role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Power Apps
• Experience in project management, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience managing confidential and sensitive information in accordance with company policies
• Excellent organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent priorities
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English
• Eligible to work in Canada

• Experience with Microsoft Access
• Experience developing business process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Background supporting workflow automation initiatives
• Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities
• Prior experience working in enterprise or large-scale business environments
