Title:  Business Analyst - ServiceNow
Duration: 12 months contract

Introduction

The consultant will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing recommendations to enhance security screening, access management, and process modernization initiatives. This role requires engaging with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, and utilizing ServiceNow for workflow automation and process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance – Reliability Status and above
• A university degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, Management Consulting, or a related field
• Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Prosci, or equivalent certification
• A minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational transformation, or program modernization within large and complex organizations
• Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow for workflow automation, case management, and business process optimization

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 

• Banking & Financial industry experience
• PMP or Prince2 certification
• AI expertise in medium to large enterprises, particularly in public sector, banking, or secure environments

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

• Conduct current-state assessments to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document pain points
• Develop process improvement recommendations based on industry best practices
• Design future-state operating models and process frameworks
• Develop business requirements and implementation recommendations for digital enablement initiatives
• Establish performance measurement frameworks and develop implementation roadmaps
