Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Seeking for a Business Analyst professional to support provisioning, MFA enrollment, access, troubleshooting, and reporting. This role involves working with state and county admins via ServiceNow, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. The primary responsibilities include assisting with provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts in production and training environments, as well as guiding users through multifactor authentication (MFA) enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist users with understanding and enrolling in MFA.
• Work closely with state and county systems administrators via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Grant access to users for exporting reports.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience and knowledge of browser-based applications.
• 5+ years of experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems.
• 1+ year of experience working in an Application Support-based help desk environment.
• Broad knowledge of application functionality.
• Experience with Identity Management and MultiFactor Authentication (MFA).
