Pay rate: 115PLN/h - CoE
Work model: Hybrid (4 days from the office, 1 day remote)
Contract duration: 12 -month contract with a possibility of extension
Client: A leading global financial services company with a history providing investment management, asset servicing, wealth management and other financial solutions to institutional and individual clients worldwide.
About the role:
The Business Analyst will support the delivery of Project Frontier, a strategic client onboarding and platform migration programme. The role is responsible for eliciting, documenting and managing business requirements across multiple functional areas related to Fund Accounting as part of large client onboarding initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and documenting business, operational and regulatory requirements from client and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the design and review of target operating models, processes and service level descriptions (SLDs).
- Performing gap analysis between current-state and target-state operating models.
- Managing requirements traceability, assumptions, dependencies, risks and actions.
- Coordinating workshops and working groups to facilitate decision making and issue resolution.
- Supporting testing activities, including requirements validation, test scenario creation and defect triage.
- Producing project artefacts, status updates, process flows and executive reporting materials.
- Working closely with programme management, product teams, operations, technology and client stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
Expectations:
- Strong business analysis and requirements management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience within Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency or Fund Administration.
- Ability to analyse complex operational processes and translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Strong documentation, reporting and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale onboarding, transformation or migration programmes is desirable.
