Business Analyst / Product Owner – Cards & AR Domain

Key Responsibilities & Skills

· Strong understanding ofREST API design and ability to interpretSwagger/OpenAPI specifications.

· Proficient inSQL querying for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

· Good knowledge oftransaction processing systems.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to definebusiness requirements, features, and end-to-end process flows.

· Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum teams to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities and roadmap.

· Experience withMainframe technologies (2-3 years preferred), including exposure toMQ, DataPower, and related integrations.

· Knowledge ofGHCP/Lumi is an added advantage.

· Provide regular status updates to Product Managers and Agile/Scrum teams.

· Own, prioritize, and manage theproduct backlog.

Preferred Domain Experience:· Strong domain knowledge inCards andAccounts Receivable (AR) systems.
Experience:· 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles.(Adjust as needed.)
Mandatory Skills: Technical knowledge on API's is must with Credit Cards knowledge
