Locations: Oaks, PA
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $40-$46/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Core Banking, Payments, and System Integration. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of end-to-end payment processing, middleware integrations, core banking operations, and requirements analysis. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and integration teams to deliver banking transformation and payment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Core Banking and Payments projects.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Analyze end-to-end payment flows including both Inbound and Outbound Payments.
• Work with development and integration teams to design and implement interfaces between Core Banking and downstream/upstream systems.
• Prepare data mapping documents between source and target systems.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements, regulatory changes, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with middleware and integration teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and business presentations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data and integration issues using database queries and log analysis.
• Ensure adherence to banking, compliance, and operational standards.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst.
• Strong experience with TCS BaNCS Core Banking platform.
• Deep understanding of Core Banking operations and business processes.
• Strong knowledge of End-to-End Payment Processing Lifecycle.
• Experience in Inbound and Outbound Payments.
• Hands-on experience in Middleware and System Integration projects.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as:
  • MQ
  • Kafka
  • File-based integrations
• Experience with XML, JSON, Fixed Width, and other banking message formats.
• Ability to create:
  • BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)
  • FSDs (Functional Specification Documents)
  • Data Mapping Documents
• Strong SQL and database querying skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Custody Banking experience.
• Exposure to European Banking environments.
• Italian Banking domain experience.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, SEPA, or international payment systems.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
