• Work with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create reports and dashboards

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and process improvements

• Assist in developing and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership

• Support strategic initiatives by identifying efficiencies, cost-saving measures, and growth opportunities

• Document business processes and create workflow diagrams to improve operational efficiency

• Work with software development and product teams to define and refine system requirements and user stories

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools

• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business process modeling is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in business analysis, data analytics, or process improvement

• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or BI tools
