Business Analyst - Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

6 Month Contract

Seeking for a Business Analyst to join our team and provide excellent customer service, primarily supporting a key project. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and provide expert facilitation, elicitation, and process modeling.
• Develop strategies and requirements for enhancements and technology updates on a public-facing application.
• Contribute to the operational activities of the Business Analyst team.
• Champion department compliance with policies and practices.
• Navigate project constraints and enablers effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in business process review and requirements documentation, including process modeling.
• Minimum of 5 years developing and managing user stories on Agile development projects.
• Minimum of 2 years working with senior management to develop strategies and gain consensus.
• Minimum of 2 years on projects developing IT solutions for public use.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree
