Business Analyst - Lansing, MI

Duration: 6 months (Hybrid)

Seeking for a Business Analyst to provide exceptional customer service by supporting both project and work request needs. This role involves being a key liaison between project stakeholders and providing expert facilitation, elicitation, and process modeling to help develop strategy and requirements for ongoing enhancements and related work projects.

• Act as a critical member of the Services Business Analyst team, contributing to operational activities.
• Champion agency compliance with policies and practices.
• Quickly gain a working understanding of applicable constraints and enablers for project success.
• Self-directed, well-organized, and adaptable to changing needs and directions.

Must Have:

• Minimum of 7 years in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation, including process modeling.
• Minimum of 5 years in developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects.
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management to facilitate strategy discussions and develop roadmaps.
• Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use.

Preferred:

• Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance to statements of work and/or other work agreements/contracts.
• Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree
