Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst III / Trust & Safety Analyst to drive data-informed business decisions, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and build self-service analytical tools that empower non-technical users. The ideal candidate will have Trust & Safety experience, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous and evolving business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop, define, and own KPIs to measure business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Deploy AI-powered analytics tools and self-service solutions for non-technical users.
- Translate business requirements into actionable, data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Develop data visualizations and communicate complex insights to business leaders and executives.
- Apply statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to address business challenges in Trust & Safety operations.
- Experience in Trust & Safety operations or analytics.
- Experience deploying AI analytics tools for non-technical users.
- Strong background in business strategy, data analysis, and KPI development.
- Proficiency in statistics, data visualization, and insight generation.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
