Responsibilities:
- Studies and Analyses Related to transition from PoolāLevel to LoanāLevel MortgageāBacked Securities (MBS) Program.
- Assessing an enterpriseāwide transition from a poolālevel MortgageāBacked Securities (MBS) program to a loanālevel MBS program.
- This shift has broad implications for operational processes, technology architecture, data management, and the responsibilities as the Pool Processing Agent (PPA) Central Paying and Transfer Agent (CPTA) under the MBS Issuance and Bond Administration (MBSIBA) contract.
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, product, or project delivery
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC ways of working
- Experience with requirement documentation and stakeholder engagement
