Title: Business Analyst (II)
Location: Remote (California-based candidates only; Bay Area preferred)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)
Role Overview
This role will focus on identifying supply challenges, driving operational improvements, supporting executive reporting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve vehicle availability.
Responsibilities
Analyze supply trends, dashboards, and operational metrics to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Perform basic SQL analysis and validate AI-generated queries.
Support issue triage, risk escalation, and cross-functional follow-ups.
Partner with Product, Operations, Partner Enablement, and Product Data Science teams.
Create reports and analysis using Google Sheets, Docs, and data tools.
Required Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
Basic SQL knowledge and experience working with dashboards.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets/Docs).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in transportation, rideshare, marketplace operations, or high-growth tech environments.
Experience with Looker, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or consulting background preferred.
Python experience is a plus.
