About The Job:
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive Enterprise Monitoring Analyst/Engineer to join our IT Operations team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-wide monitoring solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of critical IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, implement, and support end-to-end enterprise monitoring solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, OP5).
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, dashboards, and alerts to monitor system performance, application health, and service availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements for infrastructure, applications, and business services.
- Configure proactive alerting and event correlation to minimize false positives and ensure timely incident response.
- Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential issues; provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Support incident and problem management processes with monitoring insights and root cause analysis.
- Maintain documentation related to monitoring standards, configurations, and best practices.
- Participate in on-call support and incident resolution activities as needed.
