Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation and implementation of contract agreements and amendments, ensuring accurate pricing and necessary approvals.
  • Provide support on wholesaler/distributor inquiries related to contract setup, pricing, and eligibility.
  • Assist in resolving contract problems and customer inquiries, maintaining timely communications.
  • Process contracts for countersignature and support the implementation of new systems.
  • Collaborate with Account Management representatives and internal functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 2-4 years of contract experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency inExcel, with additional skills inWord,PowerPoint,SharePoint, andTeams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and effectively.
  • Preferred:
  • 2 years of pharmaceutical/vaccine Managed Markets experience in Contracting, Pricing, Operations, or related fields.
  • 2 years of analytical and business experience focused on reviewing and executing contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge ofSAP andModel N.
