About The Job:
- The Business Support / Operations Analyst will support operational efficiency, business processes, reporting, and transaction management while working closely with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and PMO.
- The role will be responsible for collecting, validating, and analyzing operational data and KPIs, maintaining accurate reports and trackers, ensuring timely transaction processing, following up on outstanding actions and data discrepancies, and supporting process compliance.
- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, Excel and analytical skills, effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
