Job Title: Business Analyst – GenAI (Insurance Domain)
Work Location: Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)
Role Summary
Technical Skills Primary
- Business Analyst on technology delivery at least 3 in Agile teams
- Proven ownership of intake change control and backlog for multiple teams
- Handson use of Gen AI tools to build prototypes not only to write documents
- Strong user story and acceptance criteria writing process mapping BPMN or similar
- Daily use of Jira boards
- Confident facilitating senior business stakeholders and saying no with reasons
- Be the single front door and gatekeeper for every new request and change request coming into AI delivery pods
- Turn business problems into prioritized ready to build user stories validate them early with Gen AI prototypes and keep the delivery board clean and trusted
Technical Skills Secondary not mandatory
- PC insurance experience ideally underwriting or claims
- Requirements work on AI ML or agentic products
- Working SQL to explore data in Snowflake
- CBAP PMIPBA CSPO or SAFe POPM certification
Soft skills
- As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
