Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in theFIS AddVantage platform and strong knowledge ofWealth & Trust Management operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience across the AddVantage product lifecycle, includingconversions/deconversions, system configuration, enhancements, and change request management. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and FIS support/vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• SupportAddVantage conversions and deconversions, including data mapping, reconciliation, testing, and validation.
• Translate business requirements intoAddVantage configuration specifications.
• Support platformconfiguration, enhancements, and change requests.
• CreateBRDs, FSDs, user stories, test cases, and functional documentation.
• Manage UAT, defect tracking, and release activities.
• Own the end-to-endChange Request (CR) lifecycle.
• Coordinate withFIS vendor/support teams for issue resolution and CR delivery.
• Act as theFIS AddVantage SME for Wealth & Trust Management.
• Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and SDLC activities.
• Work with QA, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of Business Analysis experience withFIS AddVantage or equivalent trust/wealth accounting platforms
• StrongWealth Management & Trust Management domain knowledge
• Experience withtrust accounting, fiduciary operations, account administration, fee billing, tax processing, and reporting
• Experience withconversions/deconversions, configuration, enhancements, and/or CR management
• Strong documentation skills:BRD, FSD, User Stories, Test Cases
• Experience withAgile/Scrum and/or Waterfall
• Strong data mapping, reconciliation, and validation skills
• SQL experience preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working withFIS vendor/support teams

Good to Have

• Experience withTrustDesk, Charlotte, GWP, or similar platforms
• Knowledge ofOCC, SOX, SOC1/SOC2 or other trust/fiduciary regulatory frameworks
• Experience withJIRA, Confluence
• Exposure toHP ALM, qTest, Zephyr, or similar test management tools
• Banking, Asset Management, or Private Wealth experience
