Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analyst with strong Finance & Accounting domain expertise to support business transformation and technology initiatives. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls, along with strong Business Analysis experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
• Work onGeneral Ledger (GL), Sub-Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• PrepareBRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other business teams.
• SupportUAT/SIT, defect management, testing, and production implementation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support finance transformation, system implementation, migration, and integration initiatives.
• Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and work closely with development and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• StrongFinance & Accounting domain knowledge.
• Experience withGL, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting controls.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with BRD, FRD, process mapping, and user stories.
• Experience working withbanking/financial services projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience withJIRA/Confluence and Agile methodology is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
