Must-Have**
1. Must have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, requirement elicitation, stakeholder interactions, and business process analysis.
2. Must have experience in preparing BRD, FRS/FRD, SRS, DLD, Use Cases, User Stories, and other functional requirement documents.
3. Must possess a good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC processes, data validation techniques, and wireframing tools/approaches.
4. Must have experience in creating training manuals, user guides, SOPs, and conducting knowledge transfer/user training sessions.
5. Proficiency in using Visio, JIRA, and Figma for process modelling, requirement management, and wireframe design.
Essential need:
1. Knowledge of Income Tax, Direct Tax, or related Government business processes.
2. Exposure to workflow-based applications, rule engines, configurable platforms.
3. Exposure to UAT management, workflow-based applications, APIs, and system integrations.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**
1 Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
2 Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRSs, SRSs, DLDs, use cases, and user stories.
3 Create process flows, review wireframes, and functional specifications to support solution design.
4 Collaborate with business users, development teams, and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
5 Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, requirement clarification, and UAT activities.
6 Develop training manuals, conduct user training sessions, and facilitate smooth business adoption.
