PRIMARY SKILLS:AI for SDLC, Process and requirements skills and experience
Elicit, analyze and document business processes, user needs and measurable outcomes for AI-enabled delivery, converting them into prioritized features, user stories, acceptance criteria, operating impacts and decision-ready business cases. Requires 5+ years in business analysis with strong workshop facilitation, process mapping, stakeholder management, benefits/KPI definition and Jira/Confluence skills; prior AI experience is not required, but familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Copilot Studio and FlowAI is expected, together with the ability to interpret Power BI and GetDX/adoption metrics, support privacy and risk assessments, and coordinate closely with product, BSA, development, QE, architecture and change teams.
