Business Analyst

About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8–12 years of experience to analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate business process solutions and requirements.
• The Business Analyst will work throughout the entire solution development lifecycle, focusing on requirements elicitation, documentation, process analysis, stakeholder communication, and solution validation.
• The ideal candidate will have strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience, including Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access provisioning, and enterprise security processes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze, validate, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Create and maintain business requirement documents, use cases, workflow diagrams, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Document current-state (“As-Is”) and future-state (“To-Be”) business processes using standard process modeling methodologies.
• Develop requirements specifications using standard templates, frameworks, and tools.
• Represent requirements through analysis models, diagrams, prototypes, scenarios, and wireframes where appropriate.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and business users to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and change management activities.
• Work closely with project sponsors, project managers, and cross-functional teams throughout project execution.
• Coordinate enhancements and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications:
Required Experience

• 8–12 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools such as SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Prior experience working within a Security organization supporting large enterprises.
• Experience with security access provisioning processes.
• Strong understanding of IAM processes, technologies, standards, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Experience developing Enterprise Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies.
• Experience defining business roles and technical roles.
• Experience preparing project documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and Use Cases.
• Experience writing requirements specifications using standard methodologies and templates.
• Experience documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Experience collaborating with development, testing, and business teams.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Customer-facing experience is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Direct IAM consulting and implementation experience.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Role Engineering expertise.
• Experience leading planning and analysis phases of IAM transformation initiatives.
• 5–10 years of strong IAM Business Analysis experience.
