We are seeking a highly motivatedBusiness Analyst with expertise inDigital Assets, Stablecoins, Blockchain/DLT, Payments, and Settlement Systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams to define, analyze, and deliver innovative digital asset and payment solutions.

The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to support initiatives involvingstablecoins, tokenized deposits, digital asset custody, wallet solutions, real-time payments, and blockchain-based settlement platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate discussions with business, technology, product, compliance, and operations teams.
• Define use cases for:
  • Stablecoin-based payments
  • Tokenized deposits
  • Digital asset transfers
  • Wallet and custody solutions
  • Domestic and cross-border payment systems
  • Treasury and liquidity management
  • Settlement and reconciliation processes
• Create user stories, process flows, business process models, BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze end-to-end payment lifecycle including:
  • Payment initiation
  • Authorization
  • Clearing
  • Settlement
  • Reconciliation
  • Exception handling
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define integration requirements between blockchain platforms and traditional banking systems.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release management.
• Work with risk and compliance teams to ensure AML, KYC, regulatory, privacy, and audit requirements are addressed.
• Assist in proof of concepts (POCs), business case development, and production readiness activities.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, stablecoins, tokenization, or distributed ledger technology (DLT).
• Experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of payment processing and settlement workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Stablecoins and Tokenized Deposits.
• Hands-on exposure to Blockchain platforms and Digital Asset ecosystems.
• Understanding of Smart Contracts and On-chain/Off-chain transaction models.
• Knowledge of Wallet Management and Digital Asset Custody platforms.
• Experience with Treasury and Liquidity Management functions.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Custody platforms such as Taurus, Fireblocks, Anchorage, or similar.
