CCT Conversation Banking :- Business Analysts
Experience- 9 to 14 years
Must-Have Skills
 Lead Business Analyst with at least 4-5 years of experience leading BA teams.
 Proven experience in Transformation BA programs/projects, including guiding and mentoring Business Analysts within large transformation initiatives.
 Strong experience working in large global organizations, preferably within the banking sector.
Good-to-Have Skills
Understanding of the Contact Center domain, or experience in a banking function that interfaces closely with Contact Centers.
Mandate skill-
 Chatbot implementations
 Voicebot solutions
 NLU (Natural Language Understanding)
 LLM / Generative AI technologies
 RM Chat / WhatsApp Banking
 Genesys Cloud and contact-center platforms
 Technical analysis background with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
