JD:
The selected Business Analyst (Level 2) will:
- Provide technical assistance to IT Project Managers and business stakeholders.
- Perform complex systems analysis and documentation for software design, implementation, and testing phases.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Produce business process maps, use case models, and system architecture diagrams.
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and execute test cases to ensure complete traceability to business requirements.
- Support and maintain project lifecycle documentation in compliance with TWC standards.
- Perform additional related duties as required.

| 8+ | Capturing and documenting design requirements |
| 8+ | Preparing BRDs and SRS documentation |
| 8+ | Facilitating workshops and meetings in a remote environment |
| 8+ | Preparing and executing test plans and documenting testing results |
| 8+ | Implementing and testing interfaces with complex legacy systems |
| 8+ | Developing project management lifecycle artifacts |
| 8+ | Experience using SDLC management tools such as Client ALM or Atlassian Jira |
