Job Description
This role is part of the ITP organization and focuses on supporting and transforming the Sec Lending Trading Platform platform
This role will work as a Product Owner/Business analyst on one of the Prime Agile teams working on Trading & Operations.
• Work with external client and internal business users to gather and understand user demands
• Analyze and explore business workflow and possible business scenarios; review and evaluate existing business model and future process or solution
• Accomplish BA relevant artifacts (e.g. functional specification, user stories, wireframe model/data mapping, user guide) to accurately capture user and system requirements
• Identify, solve, or escalate potential issues and risks during development life cycles
• Collaborate with other roles/teams to deliver consistent and timely results with high quality
• Establish and maintain strong network relationships with internal/external counterparties
• Organize and drive meetings. Participate in agile development team as the Product Owner/Business Analyst role.
• experience of analyst role, driving software development projects/agile rooms, financial or data research industry
• Good tech skills; database tools/SQL
• Academic major in Financial or IT related, or both. MS/MBA/CFA preferred
