Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — onsite 2–3x/week

Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension and conversion to FTE)
• Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; standard 37.5 hrs/week (possible overtime)

Job Summary

The hiring manager is an Information Security Senior Manager within theOffice of the U.S. CISO. The team is responsible for metric review, analysis, and reporting for cybersecurity risks for the bank. This includes vulnerability management, analysis of these accounts, and diving into the data that supports these accounts. The selected candidate will be managing reporting related to metric management. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills within a rapidly growing regional banking environment, which allows for significant growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with stakeholders to collect data points and information
• Review and test data points
• Challenge and take corrective action to clean up data
• Automate and support current processes and suggest enhancement ideas
• Gather requirements from business units and prepare reporting
• Create and present decks to VP/SVP executives, board of directors, and regulators

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst (preferably within cyber technology and risk)
• 4 years of experience preparing reports using Excel (intermediate level – pivot tables, etc.)
• 4 years of experience creating presentation decks and presenting to senior-level executives (PowerPoint)
• 3 years of experience with data analysis using large sets of data
• 2 years of experience with project management (not looking for a PM, but must have managed projects)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• PowerBI experience
• SQL experience
• Previous experience working on technical projects
• Previous experience working with AI

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within cyber technology and risk environments
• Minimum 4 years preparing reports and managing data in Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, etc.)
• Minimum 4 years creating and presenting executive-level presentation decks (PowerPoint) to senior leadership
• Minimum 3 years performing data analysis using large datasets
• Minimum 2 years managing projects (project management experience required; dedicated PM role not required)

Important Notes

• Interview process: 2–3 rounds. Round 1 — Hiring Manager, 45 minutes, virtual (MS Teams video). Round 2 — Hiring Manager peer, virtual (MS Teams video). If needed, a 3rd interview will be requested with senior-level executives.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and BA experience on technical projects, with extensive experience creating reports, as this role will be primarily focused on that work.
