Job Details:
Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: Remote
Job Type:Local contract
Contract Length: 61 weeks
Pay Range:$60.00 to $63.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and analyze existing business processes.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; recommend effective solutions.
- Analyze, transform, map, and validate large datasets for migration into PeopleSoft ERP.
- Support O2C process migrations, including billing, revenue management, cash application, and accounts receivable.
- Develop test plans, perform functional testing and UAT, and resolve system and data issues.
- Lead activities from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on process changes and project deliverables.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, develop training materials, and support change management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP systems, or process improvement.
- Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft ERP or a comparable enterprise ERP platform.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of billing, revenue management, cash application, accounts receivable, or O2C processes.
- Experience with functional testing, UAT, and implementation support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with large-scale ERP migrations and financial process transformation.
- Healthcare or financial operations experience.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
