Title: Business Analyst (Capital Markets)
Location: Onsite: Irvine, CA- 100% ONSITE FROM DAY1
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Description:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets with deep understanding of IBOR (Investment Book of Record) platforms and processes.
- Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reporting.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Experience working with front office, middle office, operations, and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, portfolio management, securities processing, and investment operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with proven experience in Agile delivery environments.
