Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Evaluate and improve systems processes; identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop clear and actionable business and functional requirements.
• Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation to track progress and system performance.
• Conduct daily system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and version control of system and process changes.
• Support project testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Foster strong relationships across teams to support system integration and change management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on enterprise or modernization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Visio or Lucidchart for process documentation.
• Experience working with public sector, transportation, or education systems.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
