Business Analyst – 3 Positions
• Immediate Joiner
• Preferred past HClient experience (not a mandate but preferred)
• Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser)-Strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
• Sub-domain: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, Compliance & Regulatory Payments exposure (More than 2 geographies)
• Excellent communication skills
• Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
• Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
• Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis
Must Have
• 8+ years BA experience
• Payment's domain expertise
• Cross-border payment experience
• ISO20022 implementation
• FX platform exposure
• Wallet solutions
• Multi-country regulatory implementations
• Agile BA experience
• Epic/User Story writing
• Stakeholder management
• Workshop facilitation
• Strong communication
