Business Analyst – Advanced (Power BI / BI & Project Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintaincomplex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Analyze data requirements, database structures, and system architectures
• Supportdatabase migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization
• Createdata models, cubes, and paginated reports to enhance data accessibility
• Monitor database performance, usage, and system efficiency; run diagnostics and forecasting
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project sponsors, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
• Provideproject management support, including status reporting, risk tracking, and deliverable management
• Recommend system improvements, upgrades, and enhancements
• Work with third-party vendors for system analysis and implementation support
• Ensure alignment withdata governance, privacy, and IT standards
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to internal teams and leadership

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong background inBusiness Intelligence and Data Visualization
• Knowledge ofIT systems, database architecture, and data analysis
• Basic understanding ofdata governance and privacy practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years of experience withbusiness intelligence tools
• Experience inChange Management and Business Continuity
• Strong knowledge ofDatabase Architecture and Data Modeling

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  OR
• 4+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree (year-for-year basis)
