Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Partner withcross-functional teams (business, engineering, and operations) to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Writeclear, concise, and testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria.
• Conductdeep-dive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and process optimization opportunities.
• RunSQL queries and leverage data visualization tools to validate assumptions, support business decisions, and monitor product KPIs.
• Added advantage if has the domain knowledge onlicensing models, entitlement logic, device inventory tracking, and compliance rules.
• Facilitatesprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Act as thebridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring clarity, traceability, and timely delivery.
• Contribute toprocess improvements that enhance product quality, efficiency, and data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as aBusiness Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant in IT or SaaS environments.
• Preferable with experience withlicensing, entitlement management, or device lifecycle management systems.
• Proven ability towrite high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business context.
• Hands-on experience indata querying (SQL), validation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to navigate complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
