Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $29-39 Per HR

This position is based in Plano, TX and requires onsite presence. It is a contract role for 12 months, focusing on supporting business operations and order management. The role requires strong skills in spreadsheet and presentation software, as well as experience in order management systems.

Description

• Serve as a liaison between sales, demand planning, and supply planning teams.
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries and assist team members.
• Execute order management tasks including order processing and tracking.
• Generate and manage daily reports for specific accounts.
• Ensure effective communication with customer service teams regarding order status.
• Document and manage information logs for accounts.
• Process upgrades for end-of-life models and create commercial invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage orders, including processing, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Generate daily reports and ensure accuracy for specific accounts.
• Communicate with customer service teams about order status and product availability.
• Document and maintain logs for accounts and create necessary invoices.
• Collaborate with call centers to meet service level agreements for order rescheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
