Role Classification:Business program support, change management, and operational readiness
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate operational and business process needs into functional requirements and coordinate delivery with vendor implementation teams.
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT), business process validation, and readiness activities.
- Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training to support adoption.
- Support store/site readiness activities, including communications, process alignment, and go-live preparation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements that increase business value.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, vendors, and program leadership to ensure successful execution.
