This is an onsite contract position where you will work closely with business leads to develop business requirements and functional solutions. Description

• Collaborate with business leads to create business requirements and functional solutions for projects.
• Prepare and conduct user acceptance test scenarios.
• Support implementation activities and address user and customer queries.
• Coordinate with client associates to achieve project goals.
• Provide subject matter expertise in specific product subsystems.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in the relevant product, including 3 years in business analysis.
• Proficiency in mainframe technologies and technical skills in specific subsystems.
• Ability to guide clients on industry best practices.
• Exposure to user acceptance testing and software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, analytical, and mentoring skills.
