We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Retail POS domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with retail operations, product owners, development teams, and support organizations to define requirements, improve business processes, and deliver POS enhancements that support store operations, payment processing, inventory management, and omnichannel retail initiatives.
