Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in business analysis and project management
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology
• Experience in creating detailed URS and SRS documents

• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and liaison skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Document requirements in standard BA documentation templates
• Create detailed URS and SRS documents
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to clarify business requirements
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements
