Pay Range: $57.47 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Own the ratings & reviews strategy across retail and DTC channels.
Translate large volumes of unstructured review and survey data into prioritized insights.
Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure VOC findings influence product improvements.
Build and maintain a VOC reporting cadence, providing leadership with real-time brand sentiment.
Identify and implement new listening tools and sentiment analysis methods.
Drive ratings and reviews programs, partnering with stakeholders to achieve quantifiable review volume against KPIs.
Track performance against competitors and flag emerging risks proactively.
Champion a customer-centric mindset across the organization, coaching stakeholders on utilizing VOC data effectively.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

3-5 years of experience in voice-of-customer, market research, customer insights, or ratings & reviews management, ideally within consumer electronics or appliances.
Experience with ratings & reviews platforms (e.g., Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews, Yotpo) and/or text/sentiment analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with Sprinklr (or comparable platforms like Medallia, Qualtrics, or Clarabridge).
Strong analytical skills to synthesize large datasets into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of partnering across marketing, product, and CX functions to drive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in consumer electronics, appliances, or connected home/IoT product categories.
Experience in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
Prior contract or project-based work with quick ramp-up and impact.
