This role supports the gift card business at the client, with responsibilities including:

• Tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity.
• Setting up new tests and campaigns to validate business concepts before they are built and launched.
• Analyzing support inquiries related to gift cards and identifying/solving top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business.

The position requires working cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader client team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Microsoft Office products or Google productivity suites, specifically Sheets and Docs.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Experience working in finance or with financial models.
• Experience building budget trackers.
• Background in technology is a plus.
• SQL experience is a plus.
